Why it works
Nine cuts in the first 10 seconds match each dessert example to a new tactile image, making the trend argument easy to follow. At 1:09–2:04, a scale claim becomes an open question about why predecessors failed; black charts at 3:27–3:39 convert the historical story into a measurable reversal. The 3:34–3:52 contraction-and-rival sequence is the strongest replayed interval in the measured six minutes.
