Why it works
A 78-frame opening holds on two resting workers before the first cut, giving the first witness voice a specific human anchor. Recurring middle-frame questions join 61 disparate documentary shots, including a search overlay carried across the hard cut at frame 1761. The closing clauses in shots 53–60 release into an 11.80-second final shot that moves from embrace to a clean action card.
