Why it works
The identity assembles in shot 1, then hard changes at frames 47 and 58 quicken the opening. Shot 7 gives one task 204 frames for input, action and result, while shot 11 keeps an 18.08-second proof run moving through internal changes at frames 804, 836, 861 and 873. Only 2 of 11 cuts fall near the measured beat grid: picture events set the timing.
