Why it works
A nearly empty page becomes a marker-built symbol in the first three seconds, so narration and drawing create a shared question. The opposed views in shots 25–40 are translated into a physical analogy and then countable coloured paths in shots 70–93; the mostly fixed overhead camera makes each new stroke easy to follow.
