Why it works
The first 60 frames establish a crowded everyday problem, while speech covers only 8% of the 900-frame film: action carries the story. Nine internal hard cuts keep six long measured shots active, and shot 5's sign, real interface and vehicle proof lead into an eight-frame fade from black at frame 845. The original character remains distinguishable against low-luma city footage (plate 6 mean about 0.20), giving the answer emotional stakes.
