Why it works
The surprising absence is stated by 0:03.4 over a wide aerial, with large white keywords making the claim legible without audio. The narration sets up physical obstacles at 0:13–0:19, reverses to the lack of roads and destinations at 0:27, then proves the point with a route map around 0:38–0:42. A boat-to-illustration visual joke at 0:49 coincides with the strongest late replay peak.
