Why it works
A passing alternative is planted in shot 1 before the stair route makes it relevant. The fall in shot 11 becomes an isolated damaged-object reveal in shot 13, and shot 16 brings back the alternative with a comparable price. The final 145 px cap-height wordmark in shot 19 closes a picture-led story without a voiceover or end fade.
