Why it works
The first 9.5 seconds let archival event imagery build anticipation before the narration states the premise. Across the measured six minutes, 183 shots and 27 in-shot graphic changes connect claims to newspapers, report pages, maps, and evidence; a slower archival news passage at 4:35–5:04 gives the turning point weight. Replay peaks at 3:23–3:40 and 4:48–5:05 align with the context collage and news-to-investigation shift.
