Why it works
A giant negation is readable from frame 0 while the opening shot lasts 225 frames, giving the narrator room to reverse the claim and begin defining it. Shot 3 renews attention with a large numeric card; shots 12–13 add the caveat before the tight verdict and question in shots 14–15. The 14 measured cuts organize argument phrases rather than chase a beat.
