Why it works
The unexplained physical setup in shot 1 becomes a photographer's viewpoint at frame 50, making the first reveal easy to understand. Four practical setup-to-result cycles refresh the setting and prop, and the final composition receives all of shot 17 from frame 813 to 871. The 16 measured hard cuts keep the proof moving without hiding how it was made.
