Why it works
The operator's gesture and measured push through frame 85 create an emotional question before the agent grid explains it. Shots 2–4 turn four stable dashboard cells into a chorus, then shots 5–8 make missing context feel slow through everyday waiting props. The 119-frame shot 9 gives two concrete product capabilities room to answer the complaint before the type-card close.
