Why it works
The dark corridor creates a visual question, then gold appears in two stages at about 1.5 and 2.8 seconds, culminating in a tiny red reward object atop a huge pile. A hard cut at 7.5 seconds changes from painted fantasy to pixel art, refreshing attention before the framed call to action appears around 12.8 seconds. The six readable visual states carry the promise without spoken narration.
