Why it works
The lone portrait at 0:00 multiplies into overlapping cards within the first three seconds, creating a visual question about who is coming. The crowd gives way to isolated faces around 0:09–0:18, and the almost empty 'COMING SOON' frame at 0:21.7 lands as a clean release. The reusable craft is the density shift, consistent paper-card system, and timed reveal.
