Why it works
The envelope-to-app transformation makes the promise visible in the first 3 seconds. Install UI around 5.9 seconds and notifications around 13.6 seconds give concrete proof, while the switch to competing apps near 17.5 seconds sets up the large audience-ownership payoff at 25.2 seconds. Most of the 35.5-second film flows through one animated middle shot, giving it continuity despite several scene changes.
