Why it works
Cuts at frames 19 and 43 establish place, person and task before the narration explains the problem. The practical disappearance in shot 3 and composed exception in shot 5 make the captured UI in shots 7–9 an answer rather than a feature list; the callback in shot 11 gives the claim a comic payoff.
